Event Security Guards

Security for events of every kind

Not every event fits neatly into a single category — a charity gala, an awards evening, a cultural celebration or a private members' event can all need broadly similar security thinking: controlled entry, a professional presence, and someone experienced enough to handle whatever comes up without disrupting the evening. This page covers that general ground; if your event fits one of our more specific categories, like a wedding or festival, those pages go into more detail on the particular risks involved.

Party Event Security provides guards for events across London and the surrounding areas, tailored to your venue, guest list and the specific format of your day or evening.

What we provide

• Guest-list and access control at entry points, with ID checks where required
• Crowd management appropriate to your venue and expected numbers
• Assistance directing guests to seating, cloakrooms, registration or facilities where needed
• Monitoring of equipment, vehicles and restricted areas throughout the event
• A calm, visible presence that reassures guests rather than putting them on edge

Not sure which service fits your event?

If your event is a wedding, corporate event, festival, marquee, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, product launch or pop-up, we have a dedicated page covering the specific considerations for that type of event — see the related links below. If it's something else entirely, get in touch and tell us about it; we'll recommend the right team and coverage for what you're planning.

SIA licensing

Every guard we supply is SIA-licensed. We're happy to provide documentation to your venue in advance if their booking terms require it.
